Quitting made easy
Needed to give up as I am due to undergo surgery on both legs soon which requires general anaesthetic so the risk of stoke or heart attack were a lot higher.
The support from the app is 1st class and makes you feel good coaching you all the way.
I had given up alcohol previously which was much harder but this app still worked well for me.

Stopped for good
The app helped motivate me by being able to see my progress and have information on how my stopping smoking was improving my health. Although I have stopped smoking and no longer have cravings or the urge to smoke, I like going on the app to see how many days it has been. It is an achievement xx
