Id like to be able to set the level of notification support. 
Myself has autism and adhd and am in a current cycle of different direction all the time and need a lot of prompting/reminding. 
I’d like to see a setting to give a level of notification reminders. As some might find this annoying but some might need that level of support. 
If it has variable to set between a time when you wake to sleep and a setting to set the amount of notifications again i.e one every hour etc
Or to be intense and then taper off as the 28 days went by
I think this would help routine and focus my mind

After 49 years a heavy smoker nearly 40 cigarettes a day I finally took the plunge and quit it’s been hard in fact it’s been extremely hard but thanks to a strong determination and the app I have got through its great how it charts your progress gives you tips and there is even a game to help beat the cravings which I enjoyed and it helped its a bit of a cliche but seriously if I can do it anyone can you just have to want to and believe
