A well set out app with lots of information and links to other county safeguarding sites. Would highly recommend downloading it in case you are ever in the position of coming across a child or adult that needs help.

Saw there was a link to this app at the back of an NHS England Safeguarding Adults glossy booklet / glossy cards in a key ring. The booklet is now falling apart, hence me coming here to see if I could get a digital version of the booklet. It had lots of sections about the history of safeguarding, your role, mental capacity, pressure ulcer staging, information sharing, fgm, human trafficking, modern slavery etc. Was hoping this App would have all of above in a similar easy to read format but unfortunately it's not. Happy to give 5 stars if you had a digital version of that booklet.

Previously this app was perfect for anyone who wanted to get safeguarding information, all contained in one easy to find place. Now that is missing it seems pointless. Please bring the old one back.

I thought this app was the answer to those occasions when you need a number for a safeguarding referral, but the one on the practice protocol file hasn’t been updated. Sadly on using the app to refer an adult yesterday in Staffordshire, I find the essential number is incorrect, rendering the app useless.

Really useful and easy to use.

A good summary for health care practitioners needing to revise SGA principles. I like the links providing additional legal definitions. Although some of the websites still need to brought on line, the Bedford site in Contextual SG.

Updated and now its stopped working

As a safeguarding professional, this app was a great resource to keep in your pocket and refer to if and when needed. I don’t know what’s happened but now it doesn’t work. Just the NHS logo and blank pages. It’s a real shame as it was great.
