NHSP:Connect

Don’t call it an NHS professionals app when you only represent one group in the NHS - namely dr’s. You simply disenfranchise other qualified professionals who cannot log in. As for your previous developers response for other staff groups to use my:bank app, not surprisingly, it takes you back to this rubbish. Sort it out !

I'm only giving one star as there's no option to give no stars. I installed this as I regularly work nhsp shifts. It asks for your nhsp login, but when I tried to log in using my username and password the app said my details were incorrect. I've tried several times, always with the same result. Unfortunately the app does not give you the option of changing your credentials. So I've uninstalled it! I'll continue logging on with the search engine.

can’t log in even though I have used the same log in details as my NHSP information on my laptop. Come on sort it out !!

Entered the correct details that I use to log in on my browser etc and they don’t work

Downloaded this app as advised by nhsp worker over the phone due to problems viewing shifts on my bank. The app is useless it says my credentials are wrong even though I know 100% they are not. The IT team at nhsp need to sort the site out for the app and my bank online

Whilst it may be a good app it’s for doctors and not for nurses or healthcare staff. We need NHSP app for nurses and healthcare staff

Doesn’t work , says wrong password , which it is not ! waste of time ,
