Could not access location data, even though other apps can (iPad). It accepted my postcode and correctly showed nearest pharmacies but did not list any of the local surgeries in Devon, only those in Cornwall. It did not list any dentists in Devon or Cornwall, only one in Somerset.

I look after a few elderly people and need to attend MIU sometimes. The app nearly always says “wait times unknown” for the MIUs. This means we just take pot luck and go to nearest, there could be a long wait when we could’ve gone to another one with fewer patients waiting. Not good for either my casualty or the unit we attend who can be already over burdened.

Recently had to take my daughter who sprained her wrist. The app advised my the number of patients waiting so I made a decision where to go. It’s simple, seems too simple for some who just don’t get this app is for Devon & Cornwall ONLY and covers not just A&E but other alternatives that on this occasion helped me and ensured my waiting time was reduced

When checking A&E waiting times it gives load of sites with no A&E. I suppose what you would expect from NHS mismanagement.

No updates to the app for 6 months! Errors all the time with location settings Freezes Force Closes You might as well pull it off the App Store until you bother to commit to making it work?

I wish they had wait times for North England, as that’s where I’m located, but if you’re in the South then this will be extremely useful. It functions well, just doesn’t have any local practices for me to use

I had same problem as others, giving me Bristol as my local medical practice which is 143 miles away. I then noticed on the top of the app it says please note, this app is for South West area of England. Case closed - app is unsuccessful for me. Yes, it should be made clear, but I appreciate the concept of this app and it could have been helpful, if only I lived in the right area.

The app is not versatile and does not offer alternatives ie: Walk in clinics Pharmacist consultant locations-times Even other hospitals If it’s a 5 hour wait I can drive my friend or relative 3 hours to a hospital with staff and a 1 hour wait and still have help quicker As the retired doctor residing in Cornwall has already done. And was spotlighted in the local bbc news

The app was totally useless and couldn’t locate my local GP surgery or my local hospital MIU despite both being within a mile or two. For Majority of hospitals and clinics listed there was no information available regarding waiting times etc which is supposedly the main point and use for the app.

Very poor application considering it will be used only during emergencies. Couldn’t even locate my location with the postcode enter manually and kept suggesting hospitals over an hour away from me!!
