Do better

I have been trying to apply for a running but cannot get pass the first page where you enter the banking info. An error keeps popping up saying INTERNALSERVERERROR. Same thing with the online portal

Downloaded the app, put my username/email and pw, it says “profile verification” but never opens up at all. I restarted my phone 2x and nothing worked however, I am able to log in on the website itself but the app doesn’t work

Needs tons of work…

After inputting my login info, the app hangs on a “Profile Verification” page.

The app doesn’t work for everyone it was set up for android phones to begin so making adjustments for others with iPhones it did not succeed the plan because it’s not working on any of my devics which are of apple devices. But I tried it on my tablet which is an android and it shows me everything on there the difference is my account is not verified. So I can make any contribution at the moment

I downloaded this app. Put in my credentials for my account and it refuses to open on my iPhone. I tried doing same on my Apple tablet and it won’t open. It sure why. Restarted both devices and it still won’t open. However, logging into my account from a desktop computer works fine. There must be some kinks needing to be ironed out with this app.

Verification doesn’t work smh

I love the App. However it doesn’t show all of my contributions and the mortgage calculator doesn’t work on iPhone XR but it works well on Samsung. If improved it will be a 5 star for me.
