## NI WorkTrak Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t go past the sign in page"
I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall 2 time for me to sign back into my account. It’s been bugging out a lot on my IPhone 11.
-- Ｌｏｓｔ「〇」, 2024-02-05

### *---- "Terrible app that hasn’t been updated in over three years"
I’m surprised that this app still works. Crashes all the time. Here it is three years later, and they still haven’t updated the app even though it’s still being used by some companies. good luck to anyone that has to use this app.
-- vv0lf, 2023-10-11

### *---- "Not recommended"
Slow and redundant. Also, not intuitive at all.
-- C114118, 2023-09-17

### *---- "Scary"
This app is so under developed and so horrible and unprofessional. I do not understand why my company and other companies use it. They need to find a more proficient way to make this app run. There is many holes in the location check in there’s holes in the drive time, and the surveys are absolutely horrible. They skip over questions and at times I find the app clocking itself out.
-- jagerandtelghederareho mo, 2023-05-18

### ****- "Update"
When will there be an update because my app is not running correctly
-- Mmmhmm 55, 2023-04-21

### *---- "App is crap"
The actual website is so much easier to use. This thing is worthless.
-- Crap App Lover, 2022-06-11

### *---- "Absolutely Frustrating to use"
this app has so many bugs its unreal and its frustrating that no one cares to fix it. to the programmers, use this app yourself and then ask yourself if you enjoy using it. im sure anyone on here would agree that this app needs to be FIXED , my goodness !!! how many times do i need to be signed out and to sign in just to go back and fix a mistake ?????
-- EyeSoSorry, 2021-11-18

### *---- "Unreliable"
It freezes up and I have to try and get to it via the net. Horrible app
-- catnaper2, 2021-11-11

### *---- "Glitches"
This app is not very user friendly. I agree that the survey was difficult to maneuver and I also skipped Over a few questions. I submitted it already so now I have to figure out how to fix it.

I hope the job is easier to learn than this app.
