The NIB app doesn’t offer its promises. I havent used it more than once without calling customer care! Every single time. I have had to change the password many times. Guess what, yesterday, I had to delete, download and re-register. I hoped it would stop the password missed exceeded yet, logged in with the new password I created and it said Password missed exceeded. I used the new password to log in once. I am currently out of password ideas. 
It is utterly undependable. Unfortunately, you cant access your account on the mtn app, I wouldn’t even bother about the app. I just want to exhaust my funds from the card and get a reliable app.
