NIB app is a joy to use and a true native app that is actually fun! Words that don’t often go together. Please don’t ever follow the path of others, stay fun and creative. I have not had a single claim approved thru the app. This then necessitates me phoning NIB which the app is designed to avoid. The call centre is wonderful but perhaps instead of copy paste rejecting claims, explain what is actually needed to make a claim. Its a waste of time I submit via the app then read the emails puzzle over them then call the call centre to get resolution. HiCAPs is great and call centre great and insurance is pretty good. But the app costs me time and saves none. The limits also wrong in the past. Causing another call.
