Guess Who Reviews

Nothing free to see whats available

Kamile kamil on

You need to start free trial after a loong survey to make you feel invested, then leave you empty handed because there is literally nothing that you can try without starting free trial. I dislike free trial commitments to lean on your memory fluctuation to forget, waiting at the door sneakily watching you to fall behind free trial period to cancel.

Horrible app tricking added charges

ang1344 on

Latvia

Once you pay for a plan you are presented a series of ambiguous buttons like “boost you growth” “add infographics “ which you click on autopilot because you already have been clicking through over 35+ prompts to get to the purchase. They are using click fatigue to trick consumers into additional purchases double the subscription price and there is tiny tiny fine print under buttons that you will be charge. This is surely illegal at least in the EU and I hope you get sued.

Manipulative marketing principles

Upon the download, you take a 2/4 minutes quiz to asses better ways for you to learn on this app. At the end of the quiz, you are offered to create the account(skippable) After wasting the time on downloading and setting up - you are met with a free trial option. Unless agree - you cannot use the app. It is understandable to want a profit from something one has created, but utterly dumb to not offer people partial free usage without making them commit to subscribing. You do not even get a normal description of why you need this trial, what is in there. Majority of users definitely would have some issues with focus or memory (thus people choose this kind of apps) and are likely to just forget to cancel. While personally I do not have an issue with the trial and cancel situation, I can state that it is manipulative and unpleasant for your time to be wasted first and then to be pressured into subscribing to something you cannot even check. Overly, hujevo on marketing, guys. You do not get more clients by using dark marketing principles 💀 Like common no one likes time- wasters, if you are good, and even if you offer like 0.1% of what is available paying - people will pay you! If you use dark marketing principles and intentionally withhold information or frame it in a stupid way- no one will pay you, even rich folks, because you have wasted their time. My point is, how can someone trust a learning app if it is misleading and manipulative from beginning? Why would someone want to value your application and the time you have put into creating it, if your app flow states that you do not value the time of your customers and do not think you should be transparent with them

Expensive and not worthy of considering. They charged me 24€ fir nothing because I cancelled my triql before the end. But because of tricky systen they use for cancellations they ignored that and not evet sent me the closeng email (like well, we have closed your trial). Now the Nibble support tells me that I "didnt finished the cancellation process" Of course I didnt because the only thing left is to get a confirmation email from them. So: UNtransparent and tricky guys. They chagre users Agains will and then mark us as "those in charge". Please, dont even touch this app.
