Do not bother. They are. It transparent about costs. Terrible run around to cancel subscription.
Not only does this app make you fill out a 30 question survey before you can join, it also offers very little and very low quality content. I immediately (within a half an hour) cancelled the subscription expecting a full refund, yet was denied. For those considering buying this app: the content is high school level and very limited. Customer support sent me some boiler plate reply like ‘our content team is working on it and no, you cannot get a refund’. Feels scammy. Don’t be a sucker like me and pass on this one.
Cant seem to delete my account. It says everything will be lost but when i tab agree it keeps on existing 🙄
We’re supposed to learn, but there is no educational system. It’s just summing up some basic information and if you are happy enough to know nothing about the subject, you might learn something. But where is the deeper learning, the actual understanding, or a method to remember and apply? This doesn’t make me knowledgable. I did most of the art section which is a fast forward trip from renaissance to modernism - and only about painting from western culture. Meh.
The idea of the app sounds nice, but the way they handle, or actually don’t handle, their users is the bad. They offer a support email address, but just don’t respond at all.
Take money and don’t return them back.
I realized lots of transaction made for this app from my credit card. It is strange that this happened since I never showed interest to Nibble best of my knowledge! Some people are trying to get “customers” to this App I believe. What a shame! Get a real job first, instead of scamming people via an app.
When choosing the subscription between 1 month, 3 months or a year it said 1 month cost €9,something. However €11,99 was taken from my PayPal. Immediate unsubscribe.
Found out that apparently I had a subscription for along time already. Probably my bad as I inly tested the App once. Now that I wanted to unsubscribe i found somewhere in one of the many terms that you need to send an email to them. Or you can log in to there website and search for an unsubscribe button. When you are selling Apps, I would suggest to either give clients the possibility inside the Apple subscriptions to cancel or within the actual App. Why would I go to a website when I am interested in the App. Think about it and change it to keep things transparent.
