I decided to try Nibble with the 30-day free trial. The app itself works well, but I realized it wasn't something I would use regularly, so I canceled my subscription before the trial ended. However, I was surprised to see a $19.99 charge the following month. After checking the app, I saw that my cancellation was confirmed, so I reached out to customer support. They explained that when I signed up, I had also agreed to a separate service called Infographics Bestsellers—something I wasn't aware of. I asked for more details and found out that this service was buried in the web version of Nibble under Settings > Subscriptions. It's basically a collection of posters with life advice, which I definitely don't want to pay $19.99 a month for. While customer service was polite and helpful, I still had to pay for a month of a service I never intended to use. This hidden subscription tactic felt deceptive, and it left me feeling misled.
