Om gebruik te maken van deze app heb je een account nodig voor mijnNIBC. Heb je al een account? Dan kun je met je e-mailadres en wachtwoord in combinatie met SMS-code direct inloggen. Na het activeren kun je met je eigen pincode of vingerafdruk inloggen.

Waarvoor gebruik je de NIBC hypotheken app?
•	Inzien van jouw actuele hypotheekgegevens
Je ziet in één oogopslag hoeveel er is afgelost, hoeveel rente er betaald is en wanneer de huidige rentevastperiode afloopt.
•	Gegevens wijzigen
Je kunt online jouw contactgegevens, wachtwoord en bankrekeningnummer wijzigen.
•	Jaaroverzicht bekijken en downloaden
•	Bouwdepot
Je kunt jouw bouwdepotdeclaraties indienen, de resterende looptijd inzien en eventueel verlengen en alle afschrijvingen in jouw bouwdepot bekijken.
•	Extra terugbetalen
Je kunt online via iDeal een extra terugbetaling doen op jouw hypotheek tot maximaal het boetevrije bedrag.

Niet ok, zowel op de app als op de website is er niet in te loggen. Een wit scherm and that’s it. Alles geprobeerd maar nog niet gelukt dus….

Bij inloggen geeft de app aan dat inloggegevens fout zijn, terwijl dat het toch echt moet zijn. Daarna druk ik op wachtwoord vergeten, dan zou ik een mail moeten krijgen met de reset, maar die krijg ik niet. Dan haal ik de app eraf en zet het opnieuw erop en wil ik opnieuw registreren, krijg ik überhaupt die optie niet eens. Ik kan dan alleen maar inloggen. Heel frustrerend!!!

Slechte app maar ook slechte website met dezelfde error. Bij alle banken en instanties lukt het mij prima alleen bij NIBC niet anno 2026…

De app is gewoon niet te bereiken. Bij openen een wit scherm en daar blijft het bij.

Deze app is sinds de ‘nieuwe versie’ zo verschrikkelijk slecht. 

Continue moeten inloggen, maar dan vervolgens niet kunnen inloggen omdat de externe inlogpagina niet bereikbaar is. 

Oftewel volledig onbruikbare app, aangezien je niet bij je eigen hypotheek gegevens komt.
