## NiceDay Description
NiceDay is een mentale gezondheid app. Ze helpt je bij het leren over en verbeteren van jouw mentale gezondheid. Het is jouw veilige plek om te schrijven over je ervaringen, gedachtes en gevoelens - het beschermen van jouw data is onze hoogste prioriteit!

Door te registreren, inzichten te krijgen, het lezen van artikelen en ondersteuning zoeken bij je therapeut op de momenten waarop je dat het meeste nodig hebt, maak jij stappen naar een betere mentale gezondheid. NiceDay helpt je graag op weg!

Met NiceDay kan je:


● Je eigen mentale gezondheid reis beginnen, of NiceDay gebruiken als online behandeltool met een therapeut.
● Toegang krijgen tot onze bibliotheek, vol met artikelen over mentale gezondheid en alle tools die je nodig hebt om je mentale gezondheid te verbeteren.
● Schrijven over je gedachten en gevoelens, interacties en je dagelijkse gedrag; waar en wanneer jij wilt.
● Connectie maken met je therapeut (als je een behandeling volgt bij een GGZ-instelling of praktijk voor). Zo kan je online sessies volgen en bestanden en foto’s delen met je therapeut. Na de sessie zie heb je inzicht in de gespreksnotities die je (samen met je) therapeut hebt gemaakt.
● Je therapeut ook bereiken tussen de sessies door. Je hoeft dus niet tot het volgende gesprek te wachten om je ervaringen te delen met je therapeut.
● Qanneer je een connectie hebt met je therapeut, ziet zij alle registraties die jij gemaakt hebt in de app. Je therapeut krijgt hiermee een goed beeld van jouw dagelijkse ervaringen en patronen die bijdragen aan jouw mentale staat. 
● Dagelijkse taken opsplitsen in handige routines en notificaties krijgen van to-do’s verwant aan jouw mentale gezondheid.

Contact
De NiceDay-app helpt je bij het verbeteren van je mentale gezondheid, met of zonder een therapeut. We adviseren je echter de app niet zonder een therapeut te gebruiken als je op dit moment suïcidale gedachten hebt of erg depressief bent. Als je onmiddellijk hulp nodig hebt kun je contact opnemen met je huisarts, de hulpdiensten of

### ***-- "Fijne app maar niet voor elk device optimaal"
Over de inhoud van de app ben ik zeer tevreden. Wel mag het zoeken naar notities e.d. Wat duidelijker. Waar ik wel enorm tegen aanloop is dat de app echt is gemaakt voor telefoons. Ik gebruik zelf graag liever een pc of mijn iPad maar in dat laatste geval blijft het formaat van een telefoon. Ook draait de camera dan niet mee waardoor mijn iPad rechtstandig moet blijven staan. Dus heb je een standaard nodig wat je houd dat ding niet steeds in je hand. Het zou zeer welkom zijn als bij volgende updates hier aandacht voor komt.

### ***** "Eindelijk lukt het een dagboek bij te houden!"
Fijne app om je gevoelens en emoties te herkennen. Ik probeer al maanden te beginnen met een dagboek bij te houden, dit komt er vaak ‘s ochtends of ‘s avonds niet van. Met deze app kan ik overal even kort iets schrijven of even mijn hart luchten. Leerzaam en leuk om bepaalde dingen terug te lezen!

Hele fijne app. Snelle en goede communicatie en de juiste hulpmiddelen die handig zijn. Prettig en duidelijk in gebruik.

Voor de update werkte te app prima en was de app heel fijn. 
Helaas na de up date laad de app de oudere berichten van mijn psycholoog niet meer het gene wat wel heel erg raar is. 
En de nieuwe berichten worden ook automatisch verwijderd snap hier echt niks van.

Het idee van deze app leek me echt geweldig: laagdrempelig hulp zoeken, maar toen ik alleen maar probeerde om een account aan te maken, kreeg ik keer op keer dezelfde melding "er is iets misgegaan, fout bij verzoek". Jammer dat het niet lukt, hopelijk kan dit opgelost worden!

Ik heb heel fijn samen gewerkt met Pepijn. Hij luistert heel goed en geeft je door de juiste vraagstelling een beter inzicht waardoor je anders kan kijken naar de betreffende situatie.

### ***** "Helpful communication tool"
Most helpful feature is the daily reminder to “write about your feelings,” especially for those of us who tend to get too busy or distracted to pay attention to how we’re feeling until we’re in crisis... 

What is also helpful is the ability to write notes on things that come up so you don’t forget to discusd them during online sessions - the care provider can read what you’ve written, which saves time and makes sessions more effective.  I also keep track of my blood pressure here (I title those notes with my actual numbers) so the doctor can see those before we discuss any changes in medication. (She had me purchase a blood pressure meter from a list of machines approved by the Heart Association in my country). 

If you are a care provider, I would highly recommend trying this app. The only issue I have had is that you do need a really good internet connection to use the video function, but if that doesn’t work well, you can use sound only, which reduces the bandwidth needed.

Mijn coach is echt top; luistert met open houding, geeft concrete tips en adviezen. Positiever denken over mijzelf lukt stap voor stap en dat komt zeker door de klik en het "makkelijke contact". Lekker vanuit mijn eigen huis wanneer het mij uitkomt
