Vous êtes des gros voleur tout simplement, peut importe ce qu’on fais il y a des frais . Nous n’avons aucun montant par mois à retiré sans frais . Lorsqu’un prélèvement ne passe pas vous prenez 10€ de frais et vous réessayez de prélever 30 sec plus tard après ce qui fais à nouveau 10€ de frais supplémentaires. Je n’ai jamais vu une banque aussi mal géré que la vôtre a fuir !! BforBank est beaucoup mieux.
Déçu du service client
Je suis vraiment déçus de cet banque au final . Première fois que je voit une banque qui a pas accès à une opération en cours . Toute banque peut empêcher un paiement à n’importe quel moment mais non nickel me dit que faut envoyer un dossier sousbun delai de 14 jours pour la réponse . J’ai 2 jours pour empêcher ce paiement et non on me parle de 14 jours . Pfff une honte ! Service client pas à la hauteur . Banque à fuir

Toute mes coordonnées sont bonne, malgré cela je n’est jamais reçut le code de validation pour faire un virement instantané, c’est décevant!!!
