Constantly have to open and close the app before I can actually see my account. Taking way longer than it did before just to post internal transactions. Makes me want to bank somewhere else. -- JL CNC, 2025-03-19 ### *---- "The WORST app ever!" This new app is THE WORST! Almost cost us a $140 overdraft fee. Go back to the old app! We looking for a new bank! -- Pastor Leanna, 2025-03-14 ### *---- "New app is no good" Fails to update timely transfers, some transfers showed up pending, then appeared to have failed to transfer, and two days later showed a transfer. transactions show up pending and then disappear a few days until they magically appear again. Very hard to keep track of transactions when they show up and disappear and reappear constantly -- Zero stars bad, 2025-03-14 ### *---- "Don’t work" Went on road trip, got text message that my card was blocked. Had to download NEW app. During login it sent me a code to put in, but the app was frozen and wouldn’t let me put the code in -- Wayne L Kittell, 2025-03-12 ### ***** "Rough Start!" Over weekend 3/1 to 3/2 the app was “unplugged” from me as a consumer. It was frustrating as I was unable to transfer from one acct to another to purchase a pair of shoes! I couldn’t do anything for about 3 days. I would have appreciated knowing how disconnected I would be for that weekend. Communication, and people online to help would have let me foresee how bad the change would be so I could plan accordingly. In this time we live in, we already have enough to worry about, BEK -- Expectations >dissappointments, 2025-03-10 ### *---- "Saddest app" Where’s the ability for users to self service resetting their passwords without needing to call customer support. That should have been a minimum requirement for your developers when rolling out this new App you hyped up so much. Also. When receiving a one time code to authenticate. The App should recognize from the email received the code and allow users to click to prefill without having to open the email to them manually type in. Basic functions that other Apps do. Not impressed. -- .,?!!’”-, 2025-03-06 ### *---- "Not a good start" This new app has been a complete headache. Does not show activity as quick as the old app. Just had a days activity that was posted disappear leaving me wondering if funds got to the right places. Not worth the headache. -- Time2swtch, 2025-03-05 ### *---- "Old app worked better" This app update has been very bad so far. Mobile check deposits take longer with the new app. Also, recurring transfers have been duplicated for no apparent reason. -- RD615, 2025-03-02 ### *---- "New app" New app is terrible. Why mess up something that worked fine. Slow, transfer don’t show as quick. D, all of the above. Brutal push out/development -- AGabe124, 2025-03-02 ### *---- "Already hate it" Took forever to even get into the app. Requested text verification and it kept trying to call but wouldn’t send a call just routed to voicemail so I had to redo all my phone settings so it would stop sending the calls to spam. Then they took away the dark mode. Where’s the dark mode?!? There was nothing wrong with the old app. Why a whole new one 🙄 -- Tahanye, 2025-02-27 [View all Nicolet Bank Digital reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Nicolet Bank Digital - [CoVantage Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/covantage-credit-union-LVab/united-states) - [Associated Benefits Connection](https://apptail.io/app/associated-benefits-connection-NVab/united-states) - [Acuity Insurance](https://apptail.io/app/acuity-insurance-YVab/united-states) - [Bank First goBank](https://apptail.io/app/bank-first-gobank-Gebb/united-states) - [Associated Bank Digital](https://apptail.io/app/associated-bank-digital-Iebb/united-states) - [Diversified Benefit Services](https://apptail.io/app/diversified-benefit-services-Kebb/united-states) - [Capital Credit Union Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/capital-credit-union-mobile-Lebb/united-states) - [Fox Communities CU](https://apptail.io/app/fox-communities-cu-ejbb/united-states) - [Community First CU](https://apptail.io/app/community-first-cu-nqpc/united-states) - [Associated Retirement Online](https://apptail.io/app/associated-retirement-online-mxOc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
