A big technical issue is that the app doesn’t work if your phone is in low power mode. The problem with the entire program is that they won’t stop calling you. You have to wear a meter at all times and it’s clear the technology is lackluster. They also don’t understand boundaries. My wife was being harassed for not wearing her meter when she was at a funeral. I had to sit on the phone for 45 minutes at work reconfirming information I already received. The call center staff are rude and don’t listen when you ask them to stop calling. This program is poorly designed and I can’t believe it impacts media ratings. It’s far from scientific and isn’t professionally done. Retrain your staff. Replace this app.

This is an atrocious organization and your experience will be a nightmare. Block their number, send their trash back, and move on with your life. Otherwise, they WILL lie to you, they won't pay you, and they will never ever stop spamming you.
Update: I've already spent too many hours on the phone with this manipulative, disrespectful company and I have no intention of wasting any more.
App not syncing correctly! Coming up short!
As other users have said or mentioned the app is not syncing correctly. There are three users in my home with iPhones and all of us on ISO are experiencing issues. Yet my daughter who has and Android syncs perfectly. Please fix this asap. We are doing everything. Fully charging and checking the receivers. Everything is okay. Please fix this!! Thank you. We are missing valuable points and more!!

if they’re looking to improve
make it so the app allows you to use low power mode. i keep my phone in low power mode so it doesn’t die while i’m working, which means i will pretty much always keep it on. i’m not going to change that for this app
Stay Away
Customer service representatives are VERY rude and the manager don’t help it’s to the point where I had to leave the study because I was tired of being disrespected by their staff
Drained my phone battery to 0 in 2 hours
This app forced me to turn on location to always. Within 2 hours of my phone sitting on the table, my phone went from 90% to 0%. How is this app supposed to be useful if it basically requires me to be plugged in 24/7 to work?
Borderline spying | Bad customer service | Small payouts.
For starters the customer service is awful. When you call to complaint they don’t care about it and the same person you complaint about keeps calling you to harass you. The pay is so bad. They paid $5 for a whole month and I don’t wear the watch for a day you will have them blowing up your phone non stop to the point is necessary to block them.
To this day I’m still trying to figure out how they meter only reads the tv and radio and does not picks up other things. I have open the watch before and it most definitely looks suspicious.
I don’t recommend this to anyone who values their privacy.
