Once it locked me out and when I called customer care they said the app was down. Since last month it says it can’t connect to server when I try to open the app. And when I called over the phone to pay of course they charge $10. Making online payments through an app shouldn’t be so difficult in 2020. -- 107ra, 2020-10-15 ### *---- "The app does not even open any information" After the new IOS 14 update, the app try to open but no information is shown. Keep loading and stops. I tried to uninstall and install again and same thing happened. Please fix it. -- @duckandtales, 2020-10-04 ### *---- "Cannot log in - update needed" It’s stuck on the “please wait” loading prompt and then it says there was a problem communicating with the server. Cannot log in; need to make payments. Please update ASAP! -- bananka, 2020-09-20 ### **--- "Payments" Wish when you made online payments through the app they would take it ASAP. -- TKRichdc202, 2020-07-11 ### *---- "Another terrible NIHFCU App" The only app worse than this one is the new NIHFCU mandatory upgrade of Summer 2019. Not user friendly, glitchy as mentioned by another, unreliable. Need to close up my accounts with this credit union. Better options elsewhere. -- dingleberry72, 2019-08-30 ### *---- "Worthless" Will not work rendering it useless -- RioLuna2023, 2019-07-28 ### *---- "Not Functional" This is by far the worst banking app I’ve used. It’s not user friendly, it’s glitchy and always crashes and is not useful. -- SexySimone89, 2019-04-06 ### *---- "Not work" It was not work and said not match ID -- cnu106, 2018-08-16 ### *---- "Terrible app!!" This app doesn't work (iPhone 6 user)!!! The credit card registration process was awful - the username/password selection was very finicky and would not accept normal strong passwords. For selecting security questions I was hard-pressed to find any that apply to me. Even worse, it did not allow me to login after apparent registration ("invalid username") and the username reminder function gave an error too. I didn't get a registration confirmation email either. Not sure that this is legit...... -- HonestReviews2Use, 2016-07-17 [View all NIHFCU Visa Credit Card reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to NIHFCU Visa Credit Card - [UCU Credit Cards](https://apptail.io/app/ucu-credit-cards-KZx/united-states) - [GHFCU Credit Card](https://apptail.io/app/ghfcu-credit-card-nrab/united-states) - [Wyrope FCU Credit](https://apptail.io/app/wyrope-fcu-credit-hNfb/united-states) - [First Area Cards](https://apptail.io/app/first-area-cards-Blzb/united-states) - [ISUFCU Visa](https://apptail.io/app/isufcu-visa-EzDb/united-states) - [ACCU CardGuard](https://apptail.io/app/accu-cardguard-wuKb/united-states) - [Long Island Alliance FCU](https://apptail.io/app/long-island-alliance-fcu-QIyj/united-states) - [PSE Visa Credit Card](https://apptail.io/app/pse-visa-credit-card-NBDl/united-states) - [SFCU Card Control](https://apptail.io/app/sfcu-card-control-Oarm/united-states) - [Gulf Coast FCU (AL) Card Mgmt](https://apptail.io/app/gulf-coast-fcu-al-card-mgmt-jKxp/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
