## Nihongo Description
Nihongo is an offline Japanese dictionary, picture-to-text translator, flashcard app, and reading assistant.

Our app helps you learn Japanese naturally, using the words you encounter in daily life—on menus, signs, manga, emails, books, and more. In addition to the dictionary, you can take a picture of Japanese text or paste it from any source. Nihongo will then translate the text, add furigana or romaji, and create flashcards so you can study and steadily build your vocabulary.

The best app to check conjugations, but need to double check if the conjugation or example sentences are correct or not sometimes. For example potentional form and Passive form and Volitional form of 聞こえる do not exist in Japanese. There are incorrect conjugations on the table.

This dictionary is great for study. There are lots of examples to grasp -  meaning, grammar and stroke order.  I can practice writing in the app. Overall, It’s  All round learning app.  It’s my go to app when I am stuck.  The various  example sentences helps me to grasp the meaning of each kanji whenever I get stuck with the definitions.  This app is  definitely a holistic approach to learning kanji

I take photos of book’s pages and read them through this app. It’s amazing performance.

Please make a small improvement. When I read text from an image, I can tap the search button to find some words, but after there is no way to return to the image.

I’m working as a Japanese language teacher and have used many apps which can be helpful for Japanese learning.
When I found this app, I instantly loved it!
This app is great but it would be more amazing if it shows pitch accent of each words. 
Also, when we use ‘clippings’, it shows meaning of each word but doesn’t translate the whole sentence. If that will be available, this app will be more than perfect!!

This app has become indispensable for me, as I can now photograph entire pages from a paper book and look up unknown words on the fly. It’s actually more elegant than my previous method, which was reading on a Kindle. 

One big request: since the camera feature requires internet, can you add a feature to preload multiple photos and have them pre-parsed and able to be recalled without a connection? I just flew out of Japan for the holidays all excited to get reading done on that long flight, and was stuck.
