I used to have an account long ago and now I want to sign back in or reset it. 

I am unable to login as it asks me to enter a pin I should receive by email but I don’t even when I resend.

I try forgot my password even though I didn’t but I don’t receive that email either.

I tried logging in from a laptop as well and checked all my junk folders, tried with another account I had long ago as well and tried creating an account with a new email bit still can’t receive any emails from the app on any of my mailboxes.

Don’t get me wrong- i absolutely LOVE this app. It truly created a runner out of a couch potato and two years in i’m headed towards half marathons like cotton candy; but please, please, PLEASE tell me why there is such a short character limit on the notes section???

I mean honestly, coach bennett encourages us to write about our runs alllll the time, and it’s so frustrating to have to write about my runs within the metrics of 240 characters- it’s not a tweet in ‘08.
