Nike Run Club Reviews

App won’t record indoor runs

Taylor3989 on

United States

I am doing one of the Nike training programs and the app will only log my runs when it’s outside with location services turned on. I have an iPhone and Apple Watch as well if that is apart of the issue.

Thank you Coach Bennett

Cristi0444 on

United States

Here to thank everyone who works on this app. It’s changed my life! I went from never running to running my first half marathon and crushing my pace in short 9 months! I tell everyone who asks how I did it to download this amazing app. Here’s to many more starting lines!!

App keeps pausing

black_female_software_engineer on

United States

Why is the app pausing when “auto-pause” is turned off?! It’s so annoying. Fix it please!

Dead app

xpatx on

United States

I’ve been using this for years and it’s really sad that the development of this is dead. No integration of the new iOS features, zero Apple Watch app customization. Really sad.

Buggy and Inaccurate

RyanC1107 on

United States

I’ve only had a few issues with this app but unfortunately, they are seemingly becoming more common. I don’t know what triggers it, but sometimes it just isn’t synced to my location very well and this causes it to be extremely inaccurate. The run that really sealed the deal and made me uninstall was a recovery run. I hit my usual mile marker and noticed it had not gone off, I checked my watch and it had hardly tracked half a mile. I was checking my heart rate because the goal was to keep it down. I noticed it had my pace at nearly 24 minutes per mile. Immediately deleted it. We had a good few months together, but when it’s bad, it’s very bad.

Love the runs, offers little functionally

MSnow87 on

United States

I love the runs and coaching in this app, but even when “indoor” is selected, my treadmill runs are not tracked. I’ve also let the audio run all the way to the end before pressing stop and have only had 2 runs mark “completed” There’s nothing particularly motivating about not having anything about my run tracked. So it really functions as a running podcast for me. Which is meh.

Wow

Biggie64220 on

United States

Can’t believe this app has made a “runner” out of me. Especially after two spinal fusions and being told to never run again. I never thought, as a lifelong overweight individual, I’d love to run. Even if it’s 10 minutes a day; I need it. Works better for my mental health than most things I’ve tried.

Great

hfjdbhcjxnchdk bfj on

United States

It’s free and it’s great

Inaccurate

Girlrunner1 on

United States

It’s great when it works but it can be SO off on the mileage. Like 3-4 miles. Super frustrating especially when you’re actually running the race.

Shoes pictures

Jonathan$Lin on

United States

I would recommend to add a feature to upload pictures of shoes we selected for the runs, even though they are from other brands! That would be amazing!
