In the Cyber week, selected a product and added to bag. It was showing as product is available. However could not checkout. Tried like 100 times through both App and website. Never works. Uninstalled the app. Byee.

Requires an account to view anything at all, and they can’t even let me log in with constant errors. Absolute trash app

I have raised this issue with the support team, issue has not been addressed its strange the issue persists for weeks
Not working
The app doesn't work for me for two years already. I tried to reinstall it, used another apple id. Every time I open freshly install app it says that the app update is required. I hate that I still have to use the website.
horrible item quality from online purchase
i bought a pair of Air Jordan 1 Mid from the app during the FRESH sale and got the item last week. the shoes arrived in horrible quality, as though no quality check was done prior to delivery. threads were not trimmed off properly, the fabric was not accurately trimmed off, sponge was protruding from the fabric instead of sewn properly to hide it away, even the shoelace holes were not punched properly. i gave a bad rating from the online feedback experience and even tried to contact 1athleteclubsg for a resolution but to no avail. i tried to do a one-to-one exchange at a Nike physical store as well but to no avail. apparently online policy states that items online can only be returned online and i'll have to make a second purchase. but what if the second purchase also arrives in bad quality and i have no way of checking before buying? not only did i have a bad online shopping experience from Nike, but even the customer service is horrendous. and this is coming from a reputable brand like Nike. truly unexpected, please do better.
Worst app ever!
I have tried buying multiple times but all my items suddenly disappear before payment. Or there will be a glitch where 1 item does not have the discount code applied (although it is applicable)or if u try a different promo code all items disappear! waste of time using the app!
