I didn’t get my refund there are not paying back my money
Start return not working
I’m bought sneakers on Christmas got them on 2nd Jan which was amazingly fast, thanks. But they are big so I’m im trying to start return on the app. When click start return it just keeps loading indefinitely, at first I thought I ran out of day. I’m have been trying it for too long please assist
Terrible customer service
First time purchasing here but I received the worst service ever waiting for 25 days and still I haven’t received my order I tried calling the customer service and they told me they’ll send me an email incase something comes up but they never came back to me. Just by experiencing that I’m fine with purchasing from Nike ever again.
Payment rejected
I have been trying to order on this app but it keep saying payment rejected although I have sufficient funds and correct details

Camera option
The camera option is removed there are a few shoes on the streets I need and I only saw them once I have their pictures I don’t wanna search for them because I don’t get the similar ones I need the exact ones I saw the camera was helpful in terms of finding shoes
Stock availability
This is an awesome app and the products are great. I know it’s not easy, but can Nike work on restocking the items that sell out fast? The demand is there. They should also have a different app or website for business owners/resellers. Thank you.
Qaulity of sneakers
I have never been so upset and disappointed in Nike honestly. I ordered a pair of Nike airforce sneakers and I was told their coming all the way from Netherlands since their out of stock in SA. I got the shoes and I was happy with them until I washed them I didn’t use any harsh products or anything like that just normal powder soap. When I tell u the leather looks fake it’s literally like I bought them from these illegal sites selling fake sneakers. I’m so disappointed with the Qaulity of the shoes. I only washed them once and already the state their in is so disappointing.
