The app on mobile devices is working very well. What I miss is the possibility to change the font size while reading an article as the zoom function is disabled, but not leaving the article and go to settings then go back to the article. I also read the News on my PC and there the website is very slow to open and when changing to a different article.

It would be good when using a link for a Nikkei article in the email when this would open the mobile app instead the web site

App has developed a tendency of getting “stuck” on articles and I can’t scroll. Many times I try to scroll up or down, and it snaps back to the same position I was reading. Major nuisance that means I can’t read many articles now.

The app is just poor for modern day standard.
Loading stories is painfully slow, search results terrible, and stories in email and outside links don’t auto-redirect to pop up into the app.

Please hire proper developers to improve the app as it’s not what we should expect when subscription is not cheap. We don’t get what we pay for.

I am a professional engineer and I look for technology based reports and I find NA reports attract me as the projections are near facts and upto date. I refer to lots of statistics it provides and accurate. My subscription which I signed without any pressure from NA and feel worth signing. Hope NA maintains the high quality reports now and in future. God bless.
