Smart Property 提供無接觸的門禁管理與設施預約功能，透過手機應用程式，住戶可使用個人 QR Code 解鎖門禁、升降機及信箱，並為訪客生成臨時 QR Code。結合視像對講系統，住戶可直接與物業管理聯繫，並透過推送通知隨時接收即時資訊。此解決方案簡化物業管理流程，提升居住體驗。

手機 App 功能一覽：

動態個人主頁 QR code
•⁠  ⁠展示基本的住戶資料
•⁠  ⁠掃描個人主頁 QR Code，即可自助出入大門入口、升降機、住戶信箱

訪客 QR Code
•⁠  ⁠輸入基本的訪客資料和到訪時間，為訪客建立臨時出入 QR Code
•⁠  ⁠訪客可掃描該臨時 QR Code 以自助出入大門入口和升降機

視像對講系統 
•⁠  ⁠訪客於大堂入口 Kiosk 透過視像對講系統聯絡住戶，住戶可於 App 內接聽該通話
•⁠  ⁠為訪客遙距解鎖大堂門鎖

設施預約
