Could not even log in on the app. Was literally sitting at my computer where I could log in using the same credentials - but the app kept saying the user name and password were wrong. Auto-filled it — didn’t work. Typed it by hand - didn’t work.

First off, you can never find a provider. I did a simple search, general doctor, 50 miles anywhere in my state. NO PROVIDERS FOUND. I need a neurosurgeon, no providers found! Honestly, what’s the point of this app when you have to call every time to get assistance?

The provider search by city/state crashes the app reliably. 

Claims details don’t seem to show.

Login seems to require 2FA constantly, which is a hassle.  

It’s been several years and it hasn’t seemed to improve much. 

For the high rates being charged to NLB customers, I would expect this app to work better than it does.
