I am truly impressed with this app and that is a lot coming from me. They have come a long way. I retired in 2009. I worked evenings at the call center and we had to hand in each address for all the outages plus the other calls. I can see how many people are out where the problems are truly impressed.

The single most important job this app does is pay bills. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to for months on the app nor have my kids or my elderly neighbors. All it ever says it we cannot process your request at this time. Why even have and app if your going to need to go to a website or make a phone call to pay a bill. Guess it could be worse. It could be the USPS app. It doesn’t do any of its functions properly.

I love being forced to one gas and electric service and then on top of it, I love being charged to give them their money! Also multiple days to process when paying with a debit card? Can definitely tell how advanced the world is!

This is the worst utilities app. It’s down for maintenance more than it’s up. Always gives errors and can never check stuff easy cause it’s so slow. Definitely needs an overhaul and a new tech person to get this more user friendly and faster.
