This app offers a secure and efficient way for users to complete their passport application and biometric enrollment for passport production by the Nigeria Immigration Services. Below are the key features and functionalities included in this release: Key Features: Register User Account Users can easily create a new account with the Nigeria Immigration Service using their personal details. The registration process ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new applicants. Verify User Eligibility The app checks and verifies the eligibility of users based on their provided details, ensuring that only qualified applicants proceed with the enrollment process. Capture User Live Face Users can capture their live facial image directly within the app, providing real-time photos required for further identity verification steps. Verify User Liveness Identity Advanced liveness detection technology is implemented to ensure that the captured face is real and not a photograph or video replay, enhancing security. Validate Live Photo against Photo on Appointment The app automatically compares the user’s live photo against the photo provided during their appointment scheduling to confirm identity consistency. Validate Live Photo against Photo on Passport The live photo is also validated against the user’s passport photo in the immigration database to further confirm the applicant's identity. Capture User Fingerprints Users can securely capture their fingerprints within the app. This step is essential for biometric verification. Verify User Fingerprints against AFIS Fingerprints are verified against the Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) to ensure they match the records available with NIS. Payment Option for Both Booklet Fee and Contactless Service Charge The app offers a secure payment feature that allows users to conveniently pay for both their passport booklet fee and contactless service charges within the app. Summarize and Submit User Enrollment Application Once all information is verified and validated, users can review their enrollment details and submit their application to the Nigeria Immigration Service. Additional Information: The app is designed to enhance convenience, offering a seamless and secure way to complete all necessary immigration procedures without the need for physical contact. Data protection and privacy are a top priority. All user information is securely encrypted and handled in compliance with international standards. ## NIS Mobile Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/f4/06/75/f4067514-abe7-b69a-7d80-2a9bef88b8d0/login_appstore_1242x2688.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/c8/76/42/c87642bc-eb4a-c44c-5d59-8d7b4fb95ad0/wazobia_resized_1242x2688.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/d7/22/6a/d7226a3a-7a05-f765-6abf-e8f9154c08e0/appstore_resized_2_1242x2688.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/8e/25/0f/8e250f33-f621-22b9-23ae-f5a00bdf69af/appstore_resized_3_1242x2688.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/29/24/7f/29247f9e-c913-1a31-62e3-de5f562af656/appstore_resized_4_1242x2688.jpg/1242x2688.png) ## NIS Mobile Rating Breakdown in United Kingdom - 5 stars: 222 (50%) - 4 stars: 16 (4%) - 3 stars: 7 (2%) - 2 stars: 8 (2%) - 1 stars: 188 (43%) ## NIS Mobile Reviews in United Kingdom ### ***** "Excellent" One of the best verification app out there. I did my biometrics without any issues. Thanks for this app -- Lavjay10, 2025-11-27 ### *---- "App not user friendly" Please & please, hire a professional to improve this app. It's incredibly hard to use, some of the buttons are hiding under other buttons. When i want to progress, i can't even see what i'm clicking, the only guide i have is that the colour is green. When i then try to click it, the green button is right under the home button so i keep mistakenly pressing the home button which then means i have to start all over. This is extremely frustrating, this app is not user friendly at all !!!! -- ladee94, 2025-11-24 ### *---- "FIX THIS SILLY APP" fix this app- nothing works and honestly it’s embarrassing. It’s 2025 and your biometrics don’t work💀💀💀FIX IT! this is unacceptable. If I could give it less then 1 star I would. -- Mina5521, 2025-11-24 ### *---- "Pure Rubbish" I got angry waiting so I just scrolled through the reviews and saw what others are complaining about. It’s so funny that they even got to a point before the issues started, since I downloaded this app it’s still loading. Like for 24hrs now the app doesn’t want to open. Nigeria government should just sensibly delete it and free people from the stress. Mtcheeewwwwwwwe -- ___blacc__, 2025-11-18 ### *---- "Tinubu" To think i paid extra $100 just to get frustrated by this nonsense of an app , when will anything work smoothly in Nigeria. Such a shame -- Triple_A#, 2025-11-14 ### *---- "Invalid credentials" I have been trying to renew my passport but I keep getting “invalid credentials”. trying to chat support , but response has been really poor. -- Gabzz007, 2025-11-12 ### *---- "Pure Joke" This is not working and support system is zero. -- Tayo Taiwo, 2025-11-09 ### *---- "So low" I’ve spent a whole day trying to apply for a renewal, it kept saying invalid credentials. This is so bad -- folaclarry, 2025-11-04 ### *---- "Unsurprisingly Useless!" Someone probably spent the budget meant to develop and make functional the iOS version on their BBL girlfriends that their wives pray against (because they never put women in these positions)🌝 Why is this app not responsive on an iOS device? Y’all had just one job and woefully failed at it! Fix your Mess!!! 😤 -- adeolaorente, 2025-10-29 ### *---- "Optional" Everything about our country is a problem, how can biometrics be this annoying, wasted threshold day trying to capture, same instruction that says move closer would say try to move your hand 😩 gosh, can’t we just have one thing that works perfectly and seamlessly🤦🏾‍♀️ almost 12 hours and still nothing. What happened to creating an app that makes your thumb print like younger using your thumb to unlock phone 😤 what’s with this low focus, try move your hand 🤦🏾‍♀️ seriously the rating are too much, No rating is better thank 1 star. Rubbish -- Tinubuu, 2025-10-28 [View all NIS Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NIS Mobile Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Nigeria | Business | #55 | | Top Free | United Kingdom | Business | #206 | ## NIS Mobile Discovered Keywords - consular services - selected - eu - nis mobile ## Apps Similar to NIS Mobile - [Afriex - Money transfer](https://apptail.io/app/afriex-money-transfer-DAL/united-kingdom) - [JobServe Job Search](https://apptail.io/app/jobserve-job-search-yaZ/united-kingdom) - [GT eToken](https://apptail.io/app/gt-etoken-kftb/united-kingdom) - [NALA Send Money Globally](https://apptail.io/app/nala-send-money-globally-GcIb/united-kingdom) - [Ladda: Save and invest](https://apptail.io/app/ladda-save-and-invest-fhZc/united-kingdom) - [Switch by Sterling](https://apptail.io/app/switch-by-sterling-SHad/united-kingdom) - [Pesa (Formerly Pesapeer)](https://apptail.io/app/pesa-formerly-pesapeer-dEyh/united-kingdom) - [Health Jobs UK](https://apptail.io/app/health-jobs-uk-jPWj/united-kingdom) - [CadRemit](https://apptail.io/app/cadremit-ARen/united-kingdom) ## NIS Mobile Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/united-kingdom) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/canada) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/united-states) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/nigeria) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/japan) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/south-africa) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/new-zealand) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/saudi-arabia) - [Uganda](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/uganda) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/cayman-islands) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/angola) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/australia) - [Guyana](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/guyana) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/armenia) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/nis-mobile-Muvw/sri-lanka) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
