I just got my Nissan Leaf, downloaded the app and registered my account.
I tried to log-in but my credentials are invalid and there is no way to reset your password.
If you delete the app and start from scratch there is a “Forgot Password” button but you must select a country.
When you do, the button disappears.
Thoroughly frustrating.

I have to say, compared to Hyandai and my last cars App this one is shocking. Disconnects a lot. Never give a notification so constantly checking. Have to send commands multiple times. It really is not good. Sort it out Nissan.

Edit* App just plain doesn’t work anymore. I’d give it minus stars but I don’t think Nissan even care. It’s not been updated in nearly a year. Poor poor show Nissan.

Being using this app for ages, isn’t the best app ever but has done what I need. Although things have changed recently, when I open the app it just pops up invalid username/password. It cannot be wrong as I’ve not changed it and it’s set to log me in automatically. Need to sort it out Nissan.

Absolutely not fit for purpose. The only accurate thing it does is tell me what range I have left. The driving history is terrible. So far this month, and today is the 14th, I have only one visible driving history record. And the one thing we really wanted from the app it doesn’t support which is tell us how much it’s cost to charge.

The app is so slow. Want to know how much charge you have? It can take over 60 seconds. It’s quicker to get up and go to the car. Boot up the car and get a read off the dash. And it’s never got any better in the several years I’ve had this. Really puts me off getting another Nissan EV.

How on earth do you register ? It asks for a user ID and password but doesn’t accept anything I’ve tried or give prompts to what it would accept. Do we have to guess ? There’s no wonder this app only has 1.5 stars. Error messages says contact Nissan but no guidance as to how we might do so.
