CANT YOU SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT YOUR APP AFTER THE RECENT UPDATE ?. IT HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 3 WEEKS. WILL YOU FIX IT ? I can now confirm that since your most recent update (May 2024) the app is broken (see below). This is happening for both my car and my fathers car (Leaf). I updated my app last week and mine broke after that. My father updated his app today and his broke today. PLEASE FIX IT Since the recent update in May 2024 the consumption costs are all wrong. For example, today I did 57 miles and it says it cost me £0.02. I have put my correct energy rate in (9p/kwh) but it’s the app getting this wrong. It has worked up until the last update. When I click on ‘Driving History’ and choose ‘Yearly’ the “Estimated total cost” is the same every year. That cannot be right !

Rubbish doesn’t support 2017 Nissan connect radio even though the radio tells you to download the app to use the features on the radio

Awful functionality and poor user experience and interface. I just don’t see the point of it and surely they could spend a few £ getting it working properly.

I have a QASHQAI Tekna 2017 why does the connect app only have from 2018 onwards what about the older vehicles or is there a different app for them ?? Also have other issues regards the vehicle which no one seems they can resolve???

Update now doesn’t show energy used, just mileage. Whatever your paying your IT manager is too much.

Lastest update is bad. The recent change to the app to add graphs for driving distance and energy consumption now makes that part of the app useless. You cannot compare year on year easily like you could before. As I pay for the app to connect to the car give me the choice of numbers or graphs or get rid of graph. I did request Nissan Customer Care to allow me to roll back the app and they said it was the developers who chose this not them. So Devs wind back the update please. Update since response: Clearly the responder hasn’t read my comments as they suggest contact Customer Service Team. Which I did before adding the review. The say Devs problem and Devs saying Customer Service. Come on guy take responsibility and accountability.

I used the app all the time when I had my old Leaf and couldn’t set a regular time for climate control. Less so now, it would be really nice to be able to control those timings from within the app like we used to. Mostly find this app very slow to react to anything. I’ve set up Siri Shortcuts, but they seem quite flaky - and it isn’t always immediately obvious from the app that it has worked. And it’s seems to constantly want logging back in, which doesn’t help with the shortcuts as that breaks them! Work to do!
