Even the website is bad. Server constantly shutting down and not letting you start. The uptime they promise is all lies -- Brett$$&@, 2025-09-12 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" I’m able to see my server but when I click it, it doesn’t do anything but load. It has been loading for over 20 mins and still never loaded my server details. -- Lord Merick, 2025-08-21 ### *---- "Low quality" I don’t understand why so many games require you to go through Nitrado to get your own game servers because this app doesn’t work AT ALL not even the website works which is infuriating. I purchased a server for the game “ark survival evolved mobile” and it said “server offline” I have searched their FAQs page and have even reached out to tech support and they haven’t made my server go online. Doesn’t matter what I do I just don’t get what I paid for which is ridiculous! I wasted my money because I expected to have access to my own game server which never even happened. It has been a whole day since I purchased it and I have moved around every button that looked like it could make my server go “online” yet nothing has worked seriously they need to either fix their servers or give people refunds because it is unfair that we are paying for “services” that we never receive. -- amazinglyhonestreviews, 2025-08-20 ### *---- "My server page never comes up" Open the app and log in. Once logged in, the app shows my server. Click on a server and I get the infinite spinning wheel. My server page never comes up. -- SuperToadBB, 2025-07-08 ### *---- "Piss Poor" You have no other option so you have to accept these trash servers and service. How have 5 other people been playing on my server but I can’t even find the server. This continually happens. Half the time we can find it and half the time we can’t. My friend can find it but it doesn’t appear for me. Piss poor service! -- Cpt H Price, 2025-07-08 ### *---- "Update Needed" I am able to use the website just fine but this app would make life so so SOOOOOOO much easier. So please… PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP! -- Smokystorms, 2025-06-10 ### *---- "Server okay, app not" Server works well. Happy with it, the app however does not function at all. Stick to the browser -- Thebadger50, 2025-05-23 ### **--- "App" Can do anything from the app it’s just constantly loading nothing shows up -- Evony_Sucks100%, 2025-04-28 ### *---- "Does not work" This app does not work. You’re better off using the desktop site. -- ChubiestLemon, 2025-04-03 ### *---- "Renew" Awful app. Impossible to get customer service. They are completely unable to help if you do finally click the right buttons on “questions” in the app. There is no contact number. You have to just get lucky to get the right buttons. Just a trainwreck of a company and app. I would recommend any other dedicated server app than this -- Firemike3, 2025-03-25 [View all Nitrado reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Nitrado Discovered Keywords -
