I was having issues with a Nixplay frame that was paired to an old account. JD (tech support) helped with the pairing to my new account. It was complicated and not something I could do on my own. JD was great in getting the problem solved quickly. I really appreciate JD’s great customer service.

I worked with the most dedicated tech guy by the name of Martin for the last few days!!!! Although originally,  I was frustrated to not receive a live phone call for assistance, Martin worked hard and efficiently to resolve my concerns by email.  Thanks to his precise written instructions and his efforts to restore my faith in NIXPLAY I am now a SUPER HAPPY NIXPLAY Framer!  Martin!!!! You did good! I thank you and my 94 year old dad gets to enjoy his family photos once again! Happy New Year!

I have Skylight and Nixplay and Skylight is much easier to use. Everyone can upload photos to one shared album— you don’t have to create albums and playlists. Skylight was so easy to set up and have everyone use. I wish we had bought a second Skylight as a gift instead of this.

I have a frame that my son got me for Christmas several years ago. 
I have a lot of pictures on it but had not been able to add new pictures 
for quite some time because my son had originally set up the account 
and we could no longer remember how to get into the account.  I emailed Nixplay for help and got a quick email response from Joe, a senior tech support agent.  He had me up and running very quickly! 
I now can add new pictures and update my frame!

I really appreciated Par‘s help in resetting my password with a new email account. He was patient with me, and then, when he was done helping me out, offered additional assistance. He helped me with the second issue as well. It’s really amazing to have a tech person who is willing to take the time, is patient, and is knowledgeable. I got all of those with Par!

They promise features to sell you frames then take them away. Bought a bunch of frames to use Google Photos sync now they want money for it. They tried to make up for it by allowing ONE album per ACCOUNT. Insane bait and switch. Evil company.

I had a temporary issue with the app after the recent update, and JD was quick to the rescue. I was surprised how quickly I got a response to my e-mail inquiry, and the issue was easily resolved after following his step-by-step guidance.

Had some problems linking one of our frames to the correct email. In less than 5 minutes Martin provided me with the information I needed. Once he had addressed that matter I asked how to go about getting an ac adapter, having misplaced the one I had. He took my name and email information and I was told that I should be hearing from customer support to get the new adapter sent to me. Less than 10 minutes and no dealing with a bot before a real person (or extraordinary AI) got involved.

I’ve had one of these frames for years and we’ve just been adding pics to one album or playlist or whatever confusing word these people use for what’s playing in the frame. Now we want to make another playlist to display during an event this weekend end. Can’t be done from this close to useless app. Also, the display and navigation is all messed up. You’d think an expensive item like this would work. I’ve recommended before…no more.

While the Nixplay frame is awesome, the Nixplay app not so much. The app takes forever to load pics when looking at a shared album. Also, there are pics on my frame that I never uploaded to the frame and the app does not show them so I’m unable to delete them. Even after I updated the app I’m still having the same issue.

I was having an issue with my Nixplay recently, so I contacted the Support team.
I worked with Martin and he was extremely helpful, patient and professional as he walked me through different things to try to resolve the issue. He provided easy to follow diagrams online and always responded quickly when I had a question. 
It was a very good experience working with Martin. I love my Nixplay screen and will always be a customer. Their customer service is 5 stars!
