I used the Niyo debit card for last 5 years but the recently developments are scary. It’s been 4 days I am trying to withdraw my funds and Niyo is not working to make that transaction happen. Each time the transaction is timed out and my money stays stuck. The staff would keep on responding that money is safe, but there is high doubt. If it’s not resolved we will close all the 7 cards we have in our home.

No issues in app, currency conversion also works fine, customer support is also good, but sometimes the app fails to login and shows generic error.

About niyo global card. I used this in India while doing any international transactions. 

Recently I visited UAE and used this card . Withdraw money from atm and used on pos machines and did online transactions on uae local websites.

Everything works perfectly fine without any issues. You just have to beware of updated transaction limitations before using the card else it can cause charges.

Such a pathetic unprofessional service. I NEFTed my money nearly two days ago, but they still haven’t credited the amount to my account. I had plans to do necessary transactions for my upcoming travel, but their reluctance and delay in resolving my issue is giving me unnecessary panic.

WORST company to ever deal with when you are going for a trip. Worst helpline support absolutely Non sense… you transfer money in the account and they still say they haven’t received… I am tired running around… Helpline 30mins waiting… Emails they take days for reply… NEVER NEVER will do business with these idiots… DONT DOWNLOAD.

I have been using this card since 2019 but since 2022 I notice a sea change in the way the App responds and the slow and tardy manner Customer support works. One cannot raise a ticket anymore on the app as it will always say “something went wrong” - I have tried for 10 days. Phone number of support are ever changing and email response is as per their willingness to respond - 4 to 10 days!!

Just some minor issue. Sometimes The app interface goes into maintenance. I request the Niyo Team to Update the timings through Email or App.
Other than this. The chat option or immediate response in App via Chat. Its excellent. One of the best in Market. Keep going Niyo . You are the first option that comes to me in my mind to refer any cards for travel abroad.Dont think twice. The way you can load your card just in glance with UPI with All the UPI apps. Best Best Best

Hello. Thanks for building such an awesome app- I have been using it for years now. However, for my upcoming trip, when I tried logging into the app, even after inputting the right login password, the app won’t take me to the next screen. It just stays stuck at the password screen.
