Been using it since 2019. I have not been letdown a single time. It’s too good
I am a user from past 2-3 years. They have suddenly cancelled my account. I was not able to access anything and now I am unable to login as well. There is no way I can reach their customer service. Please return my money back
The login thru mobile OTP does not work for me, OTP never reaches me. Have tried it multiple times.
I have been mailed to care@niyomoney almost 4 times that I am not able to import external MF. They have explicitly told me to wait for new version to come in play store. It’s been almost 3 months hoping that this problem will be sorted soon
Extremely unreliable app with abysmal support. Some examples - only frequency for SIPs is monthly, app frequently calculates the CAGR wrong, needs multiple follow ups with support to get it rectified. Recently they cancelled all my SIPs, citing some SEBI regulations which were actually for new SIPs and not existing SIPs. My wife’s SIPs continued uninterrupted; their support did not have any explanation except repeating the same answer abt SEBI regulation. Support is only through mails with min 24hrs turnaround time, there is no way to escalate. If you want your savings to be handled by an app, the least you can expect is better support. Be careful.
It’s very disappointing to remove live chat facility after all the years
It is now three months since I reported an issue regarding the mismatch between investment values shown in the CAMS statement and the Niyos dashboard. Even after dozens of enquiries and follow-up emails, the problem is still not resolved. You cannot trust the value of investments shown in the dashboard as it's wrong.
The best app for mutual fund investments
Niyo money has killed goalwise. Worst ever customer service. They are not bothered at all. They Just mail you back to get services from MF company directly or from CAMS /Karvy app/website. It will be better to invest from there directly and avoid these middle-men
