How to kill a great app?? Simple, sell it to someone who is busy developing credit cards that no one is interested to buy and that someone isn’t interested in pursuing the original app.

Goalwise was one of the market leaders in MF education and investment, but the Niyo guys totally ruined it. The app doesn’t works most of the time. There is always some error or the other. Now it doesn’t even loads… Pathetic customer experience…

I am handling my parents' mutual fund account and recently made a lump sum investment of 99999. The amount has been deducted from my parents' bank account, but in the Niyo Money app, the transaction is showing as "rejected." It has been more than three weeks, and the issue has not been resolved. The amount has also not been credited back to the account. contacted customer support via email. They responded and asked for account statements which I provided. However, after that , the Niyo Money team has stopped responding, leaving me without any updates on the status of my refund. The lack of response is incredibly frustrating, especially given that there is no contact support number to reach them directly. This experience has been disappointing and i hope they improve their customer service and provide better support option.

I was forced to shift to this app from Niyo global as I got a notification that Mutual funds won’t be available on the other application. I don’t have any contact details to raise concern if the application itself isn’t opening up. No communication sent on any updates or downtime. Seems like you are experimenting. Money and finance related apps are not meant for this! If you don’t have proper communication on downtime and a proper 99.8% uptime, shouldn’t force people to change from a stabilised platform
