It allows custodial and non-custodial parents to retrieve secure case information related to their child support cases. Users are only authorized to view a case to which they are a party and utilize a member ID and PIN to access the information. Non-custodial parents are able to make payments directly through the app using a Visa or Mastercard, as well as set up and manage monthly recurring payments. The app also includes case details such as: dependent information; obligations and arrears; payment history; schedule and enforcement details; genetic test results; and any intergovernmental case materials. This application gives the same information and access as the web-based Case Information portal ## NJ Child Support Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/13/51/8b/13518b5e-b7b4-62ed-4c42-35c16869fcb2/00abbc8d-6ae9-4459-807e-200297986364_01-appstore-iphone-6.5inch-mockup-a_copy.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource122/v4/be/38/ea/be38ea8e-7997-68ef-6573-3c09bb69dbe9/9735cbbc-e666-4f55-b4ed-6189f96191a4_01-appstore-iphone-6.5inch-mockup-b.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource122/v4/19/19/b8/1919b868-57b2-ec90-0bfc-70022cab2a76/14f69353-8c37-488f-8353-e629162ea4f7_03-appstore-iphone-6.5inch-dashboard_copy.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple122/v4/5a/ef/ef/5aefef52-16dd-56bd-e39f-087a52e0b656/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource116/v4/5e/dd/c2/5eddc2ed-d8b4-6ff3-de10-a003ba9f3485/e958598a-f023-4b82-9b8d-dc8f65cd4228_05-appstore-iphone-6.5inch-caseinfo.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource116/v4/ca/ed/48/caed480e-97e6-0665-d2b2-1ed08178d862/d2935e15-43f9-40c9-857f-97673b84fb86_06-appstore-iphone-6.5inch-payments.png/1242x2688.png) ## NJ Child Support Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 16 (13%) - 4 stars: 6 (5%) - 3 stars: 5 (4%) - 2 stars: 16 (13%) - 1 stars: 76 (64%) ## NJ Child Support Reviews in United States ### *---- "These Apps want you in Jail" This app works like 50% of the time. The other 50% it’s tell you “We cannot process your payment on this app”, proceeds to tell you to pay in the ‘TouchPay App’, which then also proceeds to tell you “We cannot process your payment at this time.” So good luck explaining to the courts you can’t make your payments because the app doesn’t work. Trust me, find another way. Don’t waste your time. -- Ellie Velli, 2025-07-24 ### *---- "Horrible app" You have to fix your app asap ! My arrears aren’t updating from payments I’ve made . -- Dredollllaz, 2024-12-02 ### *---- "The isn’t meant to work" Simple- this app doesn’t work because it’s purposely designed that way. This then requires the person paying to find another payment method. ALL OTHER PAYMENT METHODS CHARGE A HIGH PERCENTAGE. It’s just another money making scheme at the expense of the support paying parent. -- Beer Flavoued Cheesedip, 2024-10-10 ### *---- "F NJ child Support and you" The fee they make off of people is ridiculous -- Bez908, 2024-09-14 ### **--- "Login issue" Won’t allow me to login -- Tucci Elpmas, 2024-05-30 ### *---- "App & Website" Neither are working and it’s becoming a little frustrating. I saw this happening yesterday and again today. I have made payments and need to see if Expert pay has forwarded them. I tried using my computer, thinking something was my iPhone, and became more upset. I am not very happy about this. I am a father who does pay. -- lsr1456, 2024-05-08 ### *---- "App View" The app does not fit the screen and therefore I am unable to even access its contents. Is there some way to adjust how the app adjusts to the screen? I am unable to verify as I can’t access the button to send a code. -- CaptainObvious69, 2024-04-16 ### *---- "This app is terrible" The app hardly ever works. Says my pin is incorrect when it's not. Then you can't reset it. The website barely works either. Can't login there 75% of the time either. Complete joke -- Pissedoff2220, 2024-03-21 ### *---- "please dont download" omg... bad bad app -- Dont sin 1, 2024-02-27 ### *---- "Log in issue" I pay every week and most of the time it doesn’t let me log in. It tell me wrong credentials when I input the right ones. Such a headache -- sea0033, 2024-02-26 [View all NJ Child Support reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NJ Child Support Discovered Keywords -
