It’s the fact this is the only process generally used at toll booths. Takes forever to process your payments so it makes it look like you have more $$ on your pass than you actually do. Then if you go a cent over even if you went through a tollbooth with $ but they miscalculate on their end, boom a $25 charge. I hate you guys so much. If there is another competitor I will use their platform instead. -- Reed.Official, 2025-01-15 ### *---- "Awful" Have tried hard to submit payment and keeps telling me billing address doesnt match payment and it absolutely does. Ive tried 15 times. -- nickname - mem, 2025-01-04 ### *---- "System Down" For the last month the app is not working -- Alvin E, 2025-01-04 ### ***** "Easy to use, good FAQs" I almost didn’t get this as first review not good. But I read the developer response. I found the app informative and easy to use, providing all useful info, transaction history, and the like. -- TravelinPat, 2025-01-01 ### *---- "No Face ID" Why does this app not allow Face ID? -- Stammtush, 2024-12-20 ### *---- "Biggest scam ever" Be aware, after 12 times that they forgive for not having the ezpass in your car, or not having funds, or just simply their toll doesn’t read the pass, after 12 times, you can’t be forgiven and you will have to pay the 50 dollar fee everytime or it will go to collections. I am in military and was deployed, but my parents still used the ex passes in their cars, and yes it was my fault there was no funds, because it’s hard to access wifi from where I was. I later put the funds in but they said it was too late, and now I owe over 3000 dollars. I said I just want to pay the toll and if they could please wave the fees or if I can talk to manager or supervisor, they just pretend not to listen. And told me it would go to collections. I told my whole unit about this and we will no longer use ezpass, biggest scam in America -- Honest reviews by tony, 2024-12-10 ### *---- "Needs attention" Never works properly -- Techs help, 2024-11-30 ### *---- "Typical NJ" Like anything else the state is involved with, this needs improvement. It is not very intuitive to use, when it actually works. Extortion at its worst. BOHICA. -- CCGOA, 2024-11-10 ### *---- "Better off using the website, App is not functional" App needs to be updated, can’t even login… it’s been more than 3 months since the app functioned well. Error message: “service is down” has been showing for for months!!!! -- AyoKidd10, 2024-11-06 ### *---- "Horrible O.S" 95% of the time is showing error or system down, I’ve been trying to add balance bu app is not working. They want you to put a credit card for automatic payments -- pppppepspsps, 2024-11-02 [View all NJ E-ZPass reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## NJ E-ZPass Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Travel | #221 | ## NJ E-ZPass Discovered Keywords - nj e-zpass ## Apps Similar to NJ E-ZPass - [Toll Calculator GPS Navigation](https://apptail.io/app/toll-calculator-gps-navigation-dKi/united-states) - [Toll & Gas Calculator TollGuru](https://apptail.io/app/toll-gas-calculator-tollguru-OUk/united-states) - [TruckMap - Truck GPS Routes](https://apptail.io/app/truckmap-truck-gps-routes-fhl/united-states) - [PA Toll Pay](https://apptail.io/app/pa-toll-pay-fKq/united-states) - [Pay Tolls As You Go | Uproad](https://apptail.io/app/pay-tolls-as-you-go-uproad-Gpr/united-states) - [Hammer: Truck GPS & Maps](https://apptail.io/app/hammer-truck-gps-maps-gTs/united-states) - [meterUP Parking](https://apptail.io/app/meterup-parking-iiK/united-states) - [NJ TRANSIT](https://apptail.io/app/nj-transit-abT/united-states) - [RidePATH](https://apptail.io/app/ridepath-uhhb/united-states) - [Asbury PARK – parking app](https://apptail.io/app/asbury-park-parking-app-TVvc/united-states) ## NJ E-ZPass Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/nj-e-zpass-NZW/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/nj-e-zpass-NZW/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
