Het ziet er goed uit als eerste versie en een mooi alternatief. Maar… waarom om een creditcard vragen? Ik wil helemaal niet dat die wordt opgeslagen in jullie systemen, ermee betalen vind ik prima. Waarom geen Ideal/Wero?

Enneh, Nederlandse taalondersteuning had ik al wel verwacht. Helaas (nog?) niet aanwezig.

Ik heb jullie op AT5 gezien en was meteen nieuwsgierig. ik ben ontzettend tevreden. De chauffeurs zijn beleefd, netjes en professioneel.

Nu begrijp ik ook waarom chauffeurs bij sommige andere platforms soms wat chagrijnig overkomen. Als klant betaal je een bepaald bedrag, in de veronderstelling dat het grootste deel naar de chauffeur gaat. Nu is me duidelijk geworden hoe dat echt zit.

Ga zo door, jongens! Jullie hebben mijn steun.

Als het stil is, dan krijg je een taxi, maar is het nou druk en de prijzen bij Uber een stuk hoger of bolt of andere collega’s een stuk hoger worden rit continu geannuleerd een taxichauffeur gaat geen klant wegbrengen voor € 15 als hij een wit heeft bij Uber of een andere concurrent collega vergeet niet. De chauffeur zijn gewoon zelfstandige en wie het meest betaalt daar gaan ze voor rijden.

Ik heb de avond voor een ritje geboekt, en op de afgesproken tijd is niemand gekomen, en helemaal geen communicatie van de app! Gelukkig komt een Uber wel binnen 8 minuten.
