## No BS Active Reviews in United States

### ***** "It’s fun!"
Workout apps have never really been my thing but I am enjoying this one. Their commentary makes you feel like you are working out with them instead of just following a workout video.
-- Sav12/35(, 2024-12-19

### ***-- "No new updates"
I don’t have the app, I just did the free trial. I wanted to love this but it doesn’t even look like there has been any new content since March (it’s currently August). Considering it doesn’t seem to be updated regularly, I’m passing on this purchase.
Side note: the workouts were fun as well as the banter. If this starts to be updated on a normal schedule, I would buy.
-- SolemnRaz, 2024-08-02

### ***** "Great app"
Love it. Great workouts and great app.
-- angelrene94, 2024-01-11

### **--- "Disappointed"
I am a fan of the show for sure! I admire Whitney and I love the fact that she has done something so incredible for the world.

I have suffered from eating disorders since age nine. I also relate to panic attacks, perhaps due to low self esteem, self hatred combined with the drive to be “perfect.” I grew up as an athlete and continued to workout through the years at the gym. I have slowly over the past year or so started to become isolated, increasingly self conscious of what people are thinking of me which has led to social withdrawal. It’s not me! I work as an RN. I put everything into work and my excuse that I am “too tired”.

I am bummed out with the app. There seems to be a disconnect from what I thought would be a very accessible workout. Something that I didn’t need to join before starting.
It feels very intimidating and almost like another place I don’t belong.

Sorry to everyone for the long review. If anyone even cares to read once they see how much I have written…Yeesh!
I just want to get healthy physically.
Thanks
-- Akheiden, 2023-11-26

### ***** "Water Aerobatics"
Looking for the workouts in the pool! I have been advised that this is the only exercise I should do due to my health. Are you going to include these soon?

Love all of you! Miss Babs so much, I’m sure you do as well. She was such a super lady! Loved her wit and southern ways! A true lady.
-- purpleforme, 2023-10-02

### ***** "Love it"
I love this app! With so many options I can always find a routine to do no matter what kind of restrictions I have. Wish all the stretch videos would have label, other than that. I love it!
-- Sarahfox21, 2023-06-12

### ***** "Love this app!"
I love how informal this workout app feels- it makes me feel like I’m working out with friends. I love that it’s not scripted and you get to see them struggle and take breaks rather than seeing a perfect person doing exercise like it’s a walk in the park. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and it’s been great to ease back into working out and understanding how to make adaptations.
-- HEAJMF, 2023-06-05

### ***** "Wonderful App"
Really great workouts and modifications for all fitness levels and needs!! Great rapport too, feels like you are there with them :) thanks for creating such a cool app!
-- LeahCarmen, 2023-05-01

### ***** "Perfect morning workout"
Love all the variations. Can you add some moves for menopause belly?
-- ladyecs, 2023-04-18

### ****- "New workouts"
I’d love some new workouts. I’m okay reusing some but the early ones there’s no timer and they’re not the best at telling you when rounds start.
