The delivery was smooth, but the return pickup process is pathetic. -- GauravKs88, 2026-09-23 ### *---- "Not receiving OTP" On IOS - am Unable to login as the app is not sending OTP code to my phone number. I tried several times -- JayatiMathur, 2026-09-18 ### *---- "They lie about the country of origin" Twice in the last 3 months have they lied about the country of origin as India instead of Bangladesh. They don't have a catalogue like myntra or amazon that can justify this oversights. ABFRL is shameless on this aspect it seems -- AnalyserOp, 2026-09-16 ### *---- "Worst customer support" Think twice before ordering -- Sandesh1574, 2026-09-16 ### *---- "Refund not received" Refund issue not resolved, support team not available, AI chat not good for answering your exact queries and refund money not released from Nobero AC -- Vipatel1, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Not good" U order 4-5 items but after 3 day they cancel -- Autofills., 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Dumbass customer support with no phone number" My shipment is delayed twice without even my consent and courier partner Did not pick my call for which Support team is not helpful. They just give some automated response. Totally pathetic tracking system. -- Vinay B Kulkarni, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Customer support" Not getting proper reply and response, worst service ever -- rahul@9111, 2026-09-02 ### **--- "App not useful" The app is only bot driven. It doesn’t facilitate the delivery status well. -- ajuname, 2026-08-30 ### *---- "Disappointing Experience" Very disappointed with Nobero. The product quality was not up to the mark, and despite the issue, my refund has still not been processed. I have been waiting for my money to be refunded, but there has been no satisfactory resolution. I expected much better product quality and customer service from Nobero. Not a good experience overall. Don’t buy from them . -- N££ma, 2026-08-26 ### *---- "Overall Bad Experience" Extremely disappointing delivery experience. My order was marked as shipped, but the delivery was stuck for days with the courier (Shadowfax) showing the shipment as “near me” since 6 August, without any actual delivery or meaningful status update. What was worse is that I had to repeatedly contact Nobero myself to find out what was happening. Nobero initially said the order would be delivered within 24–48 hours, but then their own support team first said the order had to be returned to origin due to “operational issues.” After I pushed back, they again promised priority delivery within 24–48 hours. The tracking information was inaccurate, the courier status wasn't being updated, and Nobero did not proactively communicate the issue. Their chatbot/support process also made it unnecessarily difficult to get a proper update. And unfortunately, the refund process was equally frustrating. Since the product was never delivered to me, I expected the refund to be initiated immediately. Instead, I was told that the refund would only be initiated once the product was delivered back to Nobero’s own warehouse. If the product was never delivered to me in the first place, why should I have to wait for their internal return-to-warehouse process? I had to fight with customer support even to get this resolved. I understand that delivery issues can happen, but how a company handles the issue matters. In this case, the communication, tracking, customer support and refund process were extremely poor. Overall, I had to spend far too much time chasing Nobero and their delivery partner for an order that I never even received. A genuinely frustrating and disappointing customer experience. -- grvahuja205, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "Indigo blu chips is a marketing gimic" I purchased some items and not received any chips and app doesn’t show the past orders only -- sandeepsandy98, 2026-08-20 ### ***-- "Need more accurate" Hi -- JMDHITU, 2026-08-15 ### *---- "Unable to login Otp not received" I am unable to log in to the Nobero app as I am not receiving the OTP on my registered mobile number. Kindly fix this authentication issue at the earliest. -- Juhu g, 2026-08-13 ### ***** "Great quality" Fabric quality, fit and finish is exceptional -- DarshanSaraf, 2026-08-06 ### *---- "Worst experience" I ordered t-shirt which was delivered and requested for exchange as per policy with in stipulated time , it has been about to be 20 days since no return has been done nor new order has been dispatched Above all I am getting daily notification that return will be done today however after 3-4 hours after asking location they say , return can’t be done More worst part is their customer support , you send them e-mail they would say shift to WA , you connect them to WA their response will come after 4-5 hours and then will quickly close the query with in one minute by blaming “ you “ that it was because of your unresponsiveness that we are closing this query They don’t deserve even one star -- Chen2504, 2026-08-02 ### *---- "Pathetic experience" No accountability, the order stays in transit and never gets delivered. Application works fine. -- Vivek 14130, 2026-07-30 ### *---- "Low quality products" Don’t buy from nobero. The products are of very low quality and no customer support. -- SOAH2, 2026-07-28 ### *---- "Worst noobero" Worst Management worst service worst customer support worst app worst shop travel clothing services worst solution -- _customer_70, 2026-07-21 ### **--- "Quality and price" Want to return the product due to low quality and same product available on other online platform for cheaper price. They didn’t even match their price. I request for return at least 3 times but didn’t get any confirmation! And not shown on application also ! How customer will check the details of return product and no one from WhatsApp team is helping us.
