I recently processed rent payment via this app. Its been a week and the transaction is not yet over. Amount is debited from my cred card and not yet Credited to my Owners account. No one is picking the call. Even I have sent mail regarding this. Got a mail that amount has been paid.

I strongly recommend not to use this app. They will deduct the money from credit card and will not credit the amount to the beneficiary. Calling Customer care will give you wrong information and say that sorry sir there is a technical glitch. Charging a handsome service charge and still not crediting the payment to beneficiary account is a fraud. Don't know how RBI is giving licenses to these companies who are doing financial frauds.

Dont use this app to pay your rent through credit card they will charge you almost 2.5 percent. It’s better to use paytm or cred when you’re paying your rent as they charge 1.5 percent

My landlord was in need of money ,so by discussing the issue with my friends I got to know that nobroker pay app which is  wonderful app to pay the rents online.  And from the same time I started using it.  I found that this is  one of the best application I have ever used for the online rent payments.  it allows to use your credit cards to do so.  Also gives the access to pay the rents by using  debit cards any e-wallets. Many of my friends has also  done the rent payments through debit cards as they were not having the credit cards. Also it is possible to pay the society maintenance bills by using this app. Till today I must have done up to six -seven transactions through this app and all of them were done successfully without any troubles. Thank you nobrokers for designing such beauty.
