What a great app!
I have been following Lucy on instagram for a while after I listened to her as a guest on a podcast. I love her attitude towards health and fitness and her app is a great reflection of that. I’ve been going to the gym regularly for a while now and I was getting bored of my usual routine so I downloaded the app a few weeks ago and started the senior gym guide. I love that I can chose a 2 day split as that’s all the free time I have at the moment. The exercises are varied and I love that you can swap if the equipment isn’t free/you don’t fancy doing that particular exercise. Well done Lucy and team on a great addition to the fitness app market!
