Gym Machine Tutorials:

Gym anxiety isn't simply resolved by knowing what to do in the gym, it's knowing how to do it. Our database of 10 videos teach you how to use gym machines and equipment.
Videos include how to set up a squat rack, how to set up for the hip thrust, using a cable machine, adjusting a gym bench plus much more.


Recipes, not meal plans:

Calorie counting is a tool but it’s not for everyone. Instead, our nobs-chef has whipped up a batch of easy, no fuss recipes for your body and soul.
With over 150+ creations, bookmark your faves to save for later. With options for vegans, pesci and meaty nobs.


Daily pep-talks:

Personalised affirmations without the cringe to help you stop being such a d*ck to yourself.

Nobs is free to download and offers the following subscriptions plans to access all the features and content above:

Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Doesn’t seem to be able to tell whether or not I have done an exercise. Sometimes I skip one if I’m short on time and it still says 100% complete. Sometimes it will bug out and I have to go back and re-record my sets because they haven’t registered.

Easy follow. Simple to use. Varied plans for each day - I hate doing the same thing over and over! Recommend for anyone, I’m currently doing the home workout program but can’t wait to start the gym program after!
The only downside is that sometimes the progress bar goes up to 110% and you have a few surprise extra exercises to do!
