Nobu is a free mental health and wellness app, with access to licensed therapists via messaging and live video plans. Nobu will help you gain insight and reinforce evidence-based skills through curated journeys, chats with our Nobubot, journaling exercises, and access to a library of wellness content. Set goals and track your progress over time as you learn more about topics including:

This app was clearly sold to a large company owning hundreds of recovery programs. The programs themselves are great. NOBU itself is completely useless. It is not practical, it doesn’t contain pertinent logistical info, and it is not a recovery aid! It is an app disguised as a business solution with a really good pitch deck to recovery corporations! Ditch this garbage…please!

Just downloaded it. Tried to create my account but apparently one already exists with my email. So i used my other email. And an account already exists with that one too? So i had them send password reset links to both email accounts. Never came. Not even in spam. And of course you cannot call them to ask why this is happening. God forbid someone need mental health help.

Has potential but more harm than good to someone that is seeking help. AI is more bot than intelligence- I would call it the “AI of the past”. Also won’t let me enter payment details. Maybe try a different app
