## Nocatee Resident Description
This app was created by the Tolomato Community Development District.

The purpose of a Community Development District is to plan, finance, construct and maintain infrastructure in accordance with Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. Welcome to the new Nocatee resident app.

Welcome to the Nocatee Resident app, where the experience of our residents is our primary focus. We have developed a custom app to enhance your experience on and off property. With the touch of a button, you can view the pool or fitness schedules and other amenity information. We have even created a digital ID card. We also have a full resident photo directory and of course, you'll get the latest updates from Nocatee. We hope you enjoy the new, digital Nocatee experience.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
The Nocatee Resident app will attempt to shutdown background GPS services when they are no longer needed.

## Nocatee Resident Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t log in"
Doesn’t give any information on how to login it just keeps telling me to enter my password I never created a password and I don’t know how to create a password.
-- Egehhsjsneneh, 2026-07-05

### *---- "Not user friendly"
New to No ate and can’t sign into app. Is there a secret I should know about?
-- Webster2711, 2025-04-21

### ****- "Logging in first time"
It would be helpful to let users know that they have to set up a password on their profile before they are able to login to this app. There isn’t a way to create a password on the app itself the first time. Also, the profile will tell them their username.
-- GCFCU, 2025-02-19

### ***** "I like that app so much"
I like that app so much
-- mulyran, 2024-11-26

### *---- "This app is absolutely horrible"
I can’t even sign up! This is app is not useful at all. For me it just shows a sign up button and it leads me into a log in section! Horrible unusable and unprofessional.
