## NoCatToe Description
NoCatToe is tic-tac-toe without the boring part: draws.

Each player can only keep three pieces on the board. Place a fourth piece and your oldest one disappears. That one rule turns a solved classic into a fast, tense strategy game where every match ends with a winner.
