Company has a lot of missed opportunities.
The app is simply a website instead of a native app so if it’s closed, the user has to re-log back in in order to use it. The services are great since the promise of being able to swap games is very awesome but the lack of newer games is disappointing. Waited for a game to be put on there for three years and they still haven’t added it to the list so once my timer runs out on my account I’m going to say farewell. I’m giving an extra star because the customer support is superb, but once again, the quality of service doesn’t reflect how the actual service is. It’s like having a baked cake with a really nice frosting, but the inside is simply a cake and nothing special. Since there’s a lack of meaningful updates in a timely manner, I cannot recommend their services as you’ll have to buy so many subscriptions for any type of payoff.
