### ***** "Great replacement for Vertex"
I was crushed when NYT cancelled Vertex. Looked for a replacement app and did not find this until recently. So happy I did. Isn’t identical to the “original”, but in all important ways, works just fine. I get so frustrated by ads, especially those that lock you in, I quickly opted for the Pro subscription, since this will be one of my main go-to puzzles every day. Thank you. I’m so very happy to have this! Developers: When I get through the pro puzzles, I don’t know yet whether I will be able to go backwards on the daily ones. As in, when December comes, will I be able to go back and pick up any un-done November ones? Can I in November go back for October? Suggestions: A bit more time to appreciate completed puzzle before going to animation. 

Thank you for adding number of connections to pro section instead of just question marks so user can choose complexity before opening. Great addition.

I love this app, even paid for a pro subscription.  BUT, I don’t recommend that as the updates come very seldom  and they don’t offer many new puzzles when they do…. I’m rethinking paying for my subscription as you don’t need it for the daily puzzles.

I loved Vertex on the NYT app and of course they got rid of it. Reddit mentioned this app as a good replacement, which it was, but there were definitely issues when I first downloaded it. For lack of a better explanation, it was not as “polished” as NYT’s Vertex. But the recent update they did has majorly improved the user experience. The issues I had such as some of my lines going to circles I didn’t pick is gone. The puzzles are detailed and take a decent amount of time. Well worth the monthly cost.

Definitely fills the gap left behind now that vertex has been discontinued on the NYT app.  This is a solid replacement and I am grateful to have it! I upgraded to the premium level and I use it to relieve stress.

Used to love this app and use it a lot. The ads were annoying but manageable (only one after you finish a puzzle). For some reason though, they updated the app and now it can only be used horizontally. There’s no option to play or use it vertically on a device. This is a huge and unnecessary change. Why not give the option? Disappointed.

I can’t be the only user who enjoyed re-working already solved puzzles. But with the latest update, this option is removed. Just IMO, it’s not worth the subscription without this. I found the app just great until this latest update. Wish I hadn’t updated 😢

for now I will give you the benefit of doubt. The images need to be more sophisticated. They are to easy. And you do not drop a large enough puzzle to keep playing for long periods of time. The $ 2.99 a month would not be a problem for me, that saying you need too develop less childlike figures.   Aside from that one daily puzzle is not enough to play.  You need to drop more than one a day.  I will probably cancel my subscription and put up with the advertising

Like everyone else I wanted an alternative after NYT vertex shut down. I understand the subscription option and ads but that’s not the problem here. The puzzles are less inspired, colored and overall unique compared to NYT. the buttons hitbox are too small making it frustrating at times. Landscape mode (horizontal) on iPad is unsupported for some reason. And finally, even with sound off the game turns off music playing on your device when opening it. Please take these things into consideration. This game can become something great with some time! Thanks

App can be very buggy. Had to restart multiple times today because I didn’t realize the app had turned off the red line for wrong guesses option. And it completely deleted my progress when I was almost done. 

It is fun and like Vertex, but I’ll just stick to the daily puzzle. I’m not paying $52 a year to play one app. Seriously. Just let us buy the app.

This absolutely takes care of my Vertex withdrawal!  Sure, it’s not perfect yet, but I’m happy to be patient with the developers. I really enjoy the daily puzzles. They’re large and occupy just enough of my time. Thank you for this fun opportunity to continue my Vertex habit!

I was so happy to find this app via Reddit when we were lamenting the removal of Vertex! I’m really enjoying it and so far I haven’t experienced any bug issues. For now, I’m good with playing one puzzle a day but might subscribe in the future.  All in all, great job!

I was excited to find this after the NYT shut down their version. Aside from the ads which are long and annoying, this is quite similar. However the touch controls need a lot of work. I have small fingers and still I have to enlarge the puzzle to its maximum before my gestures are correctly followed. It also often tries to direct your swipe or gesture to the wrong anchor. With the puzzle zoomed in so far you totally lose the overall design, which is a large part of the fun of this game - to try to figure out what you’re building while you build it. As is, you’re just connecting dots, the result of which you can’t see until you’re finished, and after watching a 30-second ad.

I have been searching for a game similar to the one in the NYT and I think this one tops it! I appreciate the thorough intricacy of each puzzle. It is well worth the subscription to support a small group creating each puzzle individually by hand. Of course I would love more, but I would rather have less puzzles of greater quality such as on this app rather than more of poorer quality.

Like others I downloaded this because of the NYT vertex. It’s similar but not as good. Some of the dots are so close together you legitimately can’t connect them. The floppy disk puzzle is horrendous and it’s extremely frustrating not being able to finish a puzzle on a game that’s supposed to be relaxing.
