I had a bracelet that fell apart. I was very happy knowing that these bracelets have a lifetime warranty. I called NOGU sent them a picture of the bracelet that fell apart and without question they sent me a new bracelet with no out of pocket expense. Great customer service and they go above and beyond to help you out make sure your satisfied with their support. I’m a forever customer. I will be buying more products from NOGU.

I love the colors and styles of their jewelry. But I’m partial to bead work because I make jewelry too with freshwater pearls and natural stone beads. But these are on a whole other level! I love it!
