Keeps saying my password is illegal !! So could not register

topped up, app took my money and now I can’t tap again to confirm top up amount.
Doesn’t work any more
The app used to work fine but they have managed to break it. Let’s hope they can sort it at some point.
Deserves no stars
Payment unsuccessful each time useless app
Worse after latest update
Top up process was cumbersome but after the latest update it has become almost impossible. You have to go through multiple verification stages including one with finding objects in scattered pictures and so on. Now it takes literally 5-10 minutes. So back to the machines for top up Update: an hour after the successful top-up, I am getting notifications from the app that the last top up operation was interrupted and I need yo re-login to remedy this.
Waste of time
You have to scan the Nol card on the back of your phone which works with the phone case off. Payment is taken and then the second scan is required but doesn’t work at all, convenient once the payment has been made. The top up does not go through to the Nol card and a refund takes 40 days.
Rubbish
It took my money and did not give me any credit. I emailed RTA and they tried to help but to no avail. Do not use the app to top up.
Does not read my nol card
No way to manually enter it and there is no error message given
