Opt is not valid i tried many times but is not working
No APPLE PAY
No apple pay on the app which hassle to top-up you have to put again and again your card details
Great to check nol card balance, but login not working
As the title says, I can easily check the balance of my nol card using my phone’s NFC reader, but unfortunately I can’t top up the card within the app. It’s a fine app overall, but can’t confirm my SMS because it doesn’t send me one. I’m using a Spanish phone number but I assume it doesn’t work with other numbers according to the reviews here. I hope the problem get’s fixed soon!
Cannot register
I couldn’t register as the system wouldn't send me a OTP sms. I already registered an account with my email but in order to use the app it requires a phone OTP… I tried 4 times and gave up.
App Doesn’t Work
Unable to log in to load card. Don’t waste your time.
Very absurd and annoying crashing while buying product, checking balance and topping up.
Just super unreliable. Whoever designed this app, should be fired.
App crash
Whenever I tried to check the card info, it always quit the app and back to Home Screen. I’m using it on iPhone 12 iOS 15.0.2.
NFC not working
I’ve been trying for a while to scan my cards but it is not working. القارئ لا يعمل ولا استطيع تسجيل بطاقاتي، منذ فترة وأنا أحاول.
Scanning nol card issue
I tried many time but they not scanning nol card . Please fix this issue or give alternative option for manual fill up nol card number.
